By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms are maintained by AetherX and may be revised at any time. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated version. We do not send individual notices when wording changes.

These terms apply to every part of the site: the programme pages, the blueprint archive, the media gallery, Axopedia search and Cloud Support 0.1.

AetherX is not a registered company. It is an independent engineering and imaging programme run by its founding team under the Aetheris group name.

Nothing published here is a corporate filing, a prospectus, an offer of shares, a regulated financial service or a certified engineering document.

We do not sell flight services, do not accept investment through this site and do not represent any government or space agency.

Images, drawings and capture notes published here may be viewed and shared for personal, educational and non-commercial study, with clear credit to AetherX.

Commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution as stock imagery, or use in training datasets requires written permission from AetherX.

Code drawn blueprints are published as design and educational reference. They are not manufacturing drawings and must not be used as build documentation for real flight hardware.

All photographs, processed frames, generated drawings, written material, layout and branding on this site remain the property of AetherX unless stated otherwise.

The AetherX name, the AEX mark, and the Aetheris Software and Aethero Studio names may not be used to imply partnership, endorsement or affiliation without written agreement.

Removing watermarks, credit lines or capture metadata from any published frame is not permitted.

Cloud Support 0.1 is an assistant that answers from our own written knowledge base. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

Its answers are general information only and are not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Do not rely on them for any decision that carries risk.

Do not send personal data, credentials or confidential material through the support chat.

You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, to attempt to bypass any access control, or to upload or transmit harmful code.

Automated bulk collection of the image archive or of Axopedia results is not permitted without written permission.

Capture notes and technical descriptions are provided in good faith and reflect our records at the time of publication.

AX-1 figures describe a vehicle still in build. Masses, thrust values, timelines and mission plans can change without notice.

AetherX does not warrant that every detail is free of error, and the material is offered as reference rather than certified measurement.

The site may link to external resources, including agency archives and encyclopedia sources used by Axopedia. AetherX does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Axopedia summaries are drawn from open encyclopedia content and remain under the licence of their original source.

Pages, features and archive items may be changed, paused or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a given URL will stay available.

The site is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AetherX is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site, its archive or its assistant.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum permitted by that law.

AetherX operates from India. Any dispute arising from use of this site will be handled in good faith under Indian law, in writing, before any other step is taken.
