REGISTRATION STATUS
AetherX is not a registered company. It is an independent engineering and imaging programme run under the Aetheris group name. Nothing on this site should be read as a corporate filing, a prospectus, an offer of shares or a regulated service.
NO INVESTMENT OR SAFETY CLAIMS
We publish design work and progress notes. We do not offer investment, do not sell flight services and do not certify any hardware described here as flight ready.
IMAGE AND DRAWING RIGHTS
Processed frames and code drawn blueprints remain the work of AetherX. Personal and educational use with credit is welcome. Commercial reuse, resale as stock imagery and dataset training require written permission.
ACCURACY AND REVISION
Technical figures reflect our records at the time of writing and can change as the AX-1 build progresses. Where we correct something, the corrected text simply replaces the old text.
